Confucius Institute Over recent years, the Confucius Institute’s development has provided scope for people to learn about Chinese language and culture and to establish a platform for cultural exchanges between China and other countries.

Asia Literacy Ambassadors Speakers Bureau The Asia Literacy Ambassadors – Partnering Businesses & Schools project facilitates school-business partnerships to motivate students to take up studies of Asia and Asian languages. Our Asia Literacy Ambassadors are skilled professionals who visit secondary schools across Australia, as well as host student visits to their own workplaces. By sharing their own stories, Ambassadors help students and school communities to better understand the value of having Asia skills.

ANU Australian Centre for China in the World The Australian Centre on China in the World (CIW) aims to be an integrated, world-leading institution for Chinese Studies and the understanding of what has been called 'Greater China' or the 'Chinese Commonwealth' (the People's Republic of China, the Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions, as well as Taiwan and the Chinese diaspora), on a global scale.


DFAT: Australia-China Council The Australia-China Council (ACC) was established by the Australian Government in 1978 to promote mutual understanding and foster people-to-people relations between Australia and China.

Australia-China Business Council The Australia China Business Council (ACBC) is the premier business organisation dedicated to promoting business and trade between Australia and the People’s Republic of China.

Austrade China The Australian Trade Commission – Austrade – is the Australian Government’s trade and investment development agency. Austrade has had a substantial presence in China since the 1980s and has rapidly expanded its network over the past few years.
